Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@bawamedical.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items, including but not limited to:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel your order for any reason. To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: items must remain unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. All cancellations must be approved by our team via info@bawamedical.com.
